Most of the tools needed to install are ones found in every household. Here is what you will need to install your blinds at home:

>  A screwdriver or ideally a power drill for easy screwing
>  A steel tape measure to measure where the brackets will be installed
>  A pencil to mark where the brackets will be installed
>  A level to ensure the blinds are installed evenly
>  The hardware provided with your order

Installation Steps

Physical installation instructions come with all blind orders but we have PDF instructions available if they are lost or damaged. Here are the simple steps you will follow to install your blinds:

>  Position the mounting brackets: Measure the distance where you will position the mounting brackets as indicated in the instructions
>  Mark the drill holes: Use the level to ensure the window frame is level. Use the pencil to mark the screw holes for the correct number of brackets needed for your blind width
>  Drill the holes: Choose the correct drill bit for the material of the frame and to for the screw head. Pre-drill the holes in preparation for the brackets
>  Install the brackets: One by one position the brackets in place and screw into place with provided screws
>  Install the blind into the brackets: Follow the graphics in the installation guide to mount the blinds into the brackets correctly
