PLACING AN ORDER

All of our products are made to order. Therefore, it is very important to follow our measuring and installation instructions. It is equally important to check the accuracy of your order in your email confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted.

Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents to ensure that you have received all products ordered and inspect the goods for any damage in transit or production errors.

Any damages during shipping or fabrication errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. To report shipping damage or a fabrication error, please contact us at service@zebra-blinds.ca and include your order number and photos or a video or the issue. Once we verify the issue, we may authorize a remake or repair as we deem appropriate.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a detailed order confirmation by email. It is important to review this confirmation and verify that all order details are correct and if there are any errors please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes. After 24 hours your order will be sent to our production centre and no changes or cancellations can be made once in production.

WARRANTY

All our products are under warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship as long as the original purchaser owns the product, the product has been installed in accordance with the instructions provided and the product has not been altered, manipulated or modified.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, or excessive discolouration caused by sunlight or the passage of time, moisture, exposure to salt air, changes in atmospheric conditions, or corrosive materials. The warranty also does not apply to cases caused by normal wear and tear of the actual product.

To submit a warranty claim, please submit a copy of the order confirmation issued at the time of purchase and photos or a video of the issue to service@zebra-blinds.ca

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT & PARTS

We understand that mistakes can happen. If a replacement is necessary due to an ordering error, we offer a 25% discount on any re-order placed. For repairs, we will let you know in advance the fee for the repair.

Keep the packaging from your order. It is your responsibility to carefully protect and package any goods to be returned for repair or replacement.

Defective parts covered under warranty will be shipped to you at no cost. Parts or additional components to be added to your order after it has been shipped are subject to additional delivery fees.

FABRIC COLOUR

Due to differences between color monitors, colors displayed on your screen may not be accurate.

If color is important, we strongly recommend ordering a free sample before purchasing. You can add samples to your cart from any product page.
