 >We offer free shipping on all orders to Ontario and Quebec via Midland Courier, Purolator, NationEx & GLS transportation services. 

>Once your order has left our manufacturer, you will receive tracking information by email.

>A delivery fee may apply to orders placed outside Ontario/Quebec

>Delivery fees are applicable on part orders such as purchase of additional components such as remote, chargers and/or light blockers that have ordered after the originally order has been shipped.

Delivery

>Your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. The courier will attempt to delivery your order one time.

>If you are not present, the courier will leave the package without signature there is a secure location such as a porch or overhang. If no location is available your tracking information will notify you of where you can pick up your package.

>You can either recover the package or call the courier directly to arrange a new delivery attempt. If the order is not picked up within 5 business days, it will be shipped back to us and shipping fees may apply to reship the order. 

Placing An Order

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a detailed order confirmation by email. It is important to review this confirmation and verify that all order details are correct and if there are any errors please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to make any changes. After 48 hours your order will be sent to our production centre and there will be a small repair fee to make changes after that time.

Free Sample Shipping and Delivery

Free sample orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and will delivered via Canada Post within 3-5 business days. You may order up to 8 sample swatches at a time. Shipping of sample orders is always free. The sample order will be delivered no signature required.
*Remote locations may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Upon Receiving An Order

You will receive your blinds within 7-10 business days after placing an order and receiving your email confirmation. Once the order is received please inspect the box and the contents for any damage. If any damage is present please notify us right away by sending photos of the damage so we can make it right.
