When you order with Zebra Blinds, anyone can be a pro installer! Our blinds come fully assembled with all necessary mounting hardware such as metal brackets, screws and installation instructions. Not only are our blinds affordable,  but due to how easy they are to install you will save money on professional installers when you order with us. All you need is a power drill or screw driver and a level and installation is a breeze. Simply mount the brackets, and click the blinds into place.

Fabrication is between 3-7 business days depending on the time of year and volume of orders. When you order ships you will receive a tracking # by email. Shipping takes between 2-4 business days once the package leaves our manufacturing facility.

Our blinds come with a free lifetime warranty on our base control mechanism. Other control options as well as Fabric and Motorization parts have a 3 year warranty. If the blind meets the warranty criteria, we will send parts to switch on site if the fix is an easy one, if not we will replace the blind at no cost to you.

Zebra Blinds are made of a loop of banded fabric. The fabric is made up of light filtering coloured bands that when aligned offer full privacy day and night but still allow a portion of natural light to pass through. The sheer bands, when aligned, will allow daytime visibility to the outside while still maintaining privacy.

We offer several types of Zebra Blinds fabric to suit all various spaces within your home. For bedrooms, we suggest the Room Darkening fabric which will reduce the glare and light during the early morning and evening hours. We also offer a light filtering option which will still allow natural light to pass through while giving you the privacy needed in a blind. These light filtering blinds are ideal for communal living spaces such as living rooms, offices and laundry rooms.

Yes! The light filtering nature of Zebra Blinds means when the coloured bands are aligned the blinds provide privacy day and night. At night, when there is no natural light, there may be vague shadows from within the home visible from outside, but the room darkening fabric will provide solid privacy for spaces that need full privacy such as bedrooms or bathrooms.

We have many control options. Our base control is the chain with transparent protective cover and tension device. It is colour coordinated plastic but can be upgraded to stainless steel for a small fee per blind. We also have cordless lift and several affordable motorization options.

No. We do offer 1, 5 and 15 channel remote controls however they are not necessary to control your blinds. If you order a battery motor with a bluetooth capability, you could control your blinds from your phone or tablet only. We also offer a WIFI smart hub which also allows you to control your blinds without a remote.

Yes ! With out Wifi Smart Hub using the Neo Smart Home application that you'll download from the Google Play or Apple Store, you can set all your blinds on a detailed schedule. You can also control your blinds from anywhere in the world.

We offer a hardwired 110V motorization option. This motor must be installed by an electrician and is suitable for blinds up to 130" wide x 130" height. We do have battery motorization options up to 130" but they are by special request only. Contact our customer service to inquire more about this motorization option.

Yes, our motorization blinds don't come with a charger however you can order one for 14.99$. You cannot use any regular charger, as only ours will be compatible with the motors. Using a charger not ordered with us could results in damage to the motor which could void your warranty.
